Pickin' up trash

Aaron's school, the Graduate Institute of Linguistics, held a road clean up today along their span of adopted road.  So, we joined with fellow colleagues to pick up trash and to enjoy being outside on a Saturday morning.

Like much of the country, our area got blasted by a cold front and the high temperature for today is thirty degrees cooler than yesterday's high.  Yippee - Autumn is finally here!

Trash wasn't all we found.  We spied some beautiful wild flowers...

...and a little spider in his web tunnel.

We had a blast hanging out with friends and cleaning up the road at the same time.

I think you can check "being cold" off your list! We enjoyed a cold baseball game.

Hurray for you, for a job well done!

I just realized something: I've never seen your kids bundled up in warm clothes before! Enjoy the fall weather :D
