"His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor his delight in the legs of a man; the LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love." Psalm 147:10,11

I am so glad that you guys made it "home"! I can't wait to see pictures of your new place. It sounds like God was good to you. I hope your leg heals fast! Ouch!

Hi Joanna,

I am a former member of your mom and dad's church in Arkansas, but still keep in touch with folks there. Your dad keeps the SS Class updated on your journey, and I have been keeping you all in my prayers since before you left the states. I am praying that God heals your leg and the malaria quickly. I am also praying for Him to provide whatever you need as you minister thru your lives and Aaron's work.

God Bless you!

Hello there, my family...
I love you and hope that everything is going better daily. Joanna, that leg looks like it needs big prayer. I know that the healing time is in His hands and God will work all things together for your good. Thankfully, our human eyes do not discern accurately right now...perhaps, medically, we do not see a healed leg, but it is already.
Tell Olivia that I love that little chocolate covered nose.

WOW, your leg looks like it really hurts!!! Milk it for all you can, while you can!!! :)

Seriously, I'm praying for you and your family to get well and stay safe.

I will try to get a video of our bell performance and place it on my blog. Wish you were standing next up there with us, too!!!

Hey Choate family, we are all SO excited to finally meet you and have you serving with us here in the Solomon Islands! Your family is just wonderful! Joanna, that leg sure needs big prayer! You should put up more recent photos of it so everyone can see how NASTY it is!
Much love x
